  • Ticket Refund Request 
    • If you purchased your ticket directly with Fiji Airways through our Fiji Airways website or Fiji Airways Reservations or via our Fiji Airways Sales offices, you can submit a refund request with all the relevant ticket and travel details. Submit
    • All refund requests are subject to the rules of the ticketed fare. The lowest economy fares are non-refundable except for taxes, and the flexible fares are refundable less an admin fee. 
    • If your ticket was purchased through a travel agent – please contact your travel agent directly to arrange a refund.

Travellers with Disability

Travellers with disabilities can look forward to a safe and comfortable journey with Fiji Airways; we will be pleased to assist you in any way we can.

We recommend that you notify us at the time of booking; or at least 48 hours prior to your flight; of any special assistance you would like us to provide before, during, or after your flight.


Booking Fees (Reservations Call Centre/ticketing offices in Suva and Nadi)

From 1st June, 2019, Fiji Airways will introduce a booking fee for bookings made through its Reservations Call Centre and its ticketing offices in Suva and Nadi. However, customers will still be able to conveniently book tickets online through the Fiji Airways website and incur no booking fees. This will enable us to continuously meet and exceed our customers’ expectations via improved infrastructure, service quality and delivery.
