An update on your membership
We have now extended all memberships current between March and August 2020 for 6-months and preserved Status Credits for 12-months for all memberships current within the same period.
For instance, John’s membership, which is current in March 2020, and expiring in May 2020 has been extended to expire in November 2020. His 10 Status Credits which were also due to expire in May 2020 has been preserved for 12-months and will now expire in May 2021.
To check your new membership[ expiry and Status Credits balance, please login to your member portal. If you believe your membership extension or Status Credits preservation has not been actioned, please feel free to reach out to us by phone ( 679 3212-410) or email (service@fijiairways.com).
Update your details with us
Speaking of your account, we’ve noticed that some members’ details on the portal don’t appear to be correct. Like a 1901 year of birth? :)
Please login to the member portal to check and update your details.
This will also ensure that the right information gets captured when you book online with us, making your experience more seamless.
New Baggage Allowance for members
Earlier this year, we increased our Economy Class baggage allowance across our international routes up to 30kg.
To ensure our loyal Tabua Club members benefit from an enhanced baggage allowance, we have increased the Economy Class baggage allowance across our international routes (excluding Honolulu).

A piece weighing more than 30kg (66 lbs.) will not be accepted as checked baggage, and will either need to be re-packed as separate piece or sent as Freight.

New Year, New Number
You will notice a change in your membership number, as we move from alphanumeric (mix of letters and numerals) to numerals only. This aligns us to the oneworld and oneworld connect (which we are a proud member of) style for membership numbers All members will receive new membership numbers plus cards – virtual or physical.
